"I was frustrated with my previous insurance premium hikes and went searching elsewhere for new quotes. I requested information and I’m so glad Cheryl reached out to me from Ms Mallory’s office. She stayed in contact all day working on quotes for me, explained and answered my questions clearly, and was able to save me a good amount with bundling my home and auto with State Farm on equal car insurance coverage and even better home owners coverage than what I previously had. "Cheryl was great to work with. She was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. We where switching due to moving homes and for the coverage we wanted they came in at the best price and she made it easy. During the switching process we spoke with several providers as well as other state farm offices but the customer service with any of them didn't event compare to this one."

"Called about a question on a quote and was switched a man. I asked him questions about what was on the screen and said “Oh, no. That’s double what I pay now. I just misunderstood.” Before I could even finish that, he hung up on me. So very rude."
