"Cheryl was a godsend! She talked me through the entire process of purchasing my new policy. She was aware of our personal circumstances and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation by doing the interview over the phone and giving simple to follow instructions about emailed documents. She even called to notify me when my policy was going to be significantly cheaper than it had originally shown up in the quote. She is an awesome lady! She is friendly, engaging, and shows interest in customers as people, not just selling a policy. I always want to be able to work with Cheryl when it comes to my future insurance needs.
